Aromatherapy

Having one of those days? I think you should try aromatherapy and help improve your mood. On a recent trip to Ulta Beauty, I discovered this incredibly inexpensive and easy way to de-stress with Aromatherapy using  Aromafloria’s Aromatherapy Stress Less Inhalation Beads.

I love the ULTA Beauty Store! (SALON, COSMETICS AND FRAGRANCES: websiteIt’s been a great place for me to shop. The Staff is knowledgable, and I’m always greeted by friendly employees who are happy to help, but also know that people love to browse, so they leave you to explore. The stores are clean, and well-stocked.

The Stress-Less Inhalation Beads that I purchased, lavender, lists the the ingredients as follows: Polyolefin, Lavender (Lavender officinalis), Chamomile (anthemis nobilis), Sage (Salvia officinalis), Natural Essential Oil Blend.

Here is all you do: Fill the pouch, (pictured below), with the beads. Of course, you can also use your own container. Now, relax and inhale. How simple is that? I thought it was very relaxing! Here’s their tag line: “ Let your senses inhale nature’s own remedies for body, mind and spirit.”

I learned online, under the Inhalations Category, that Aromafloria has other types of inhalation beads: Sinus Help, Plane Defense, HeadAid Relief, Memory Boost, Sleep Ease. ”Don’t Let the Pressure of Daily Life Take Control.”

Purchase at Ulta Beauty (2.5 oz.) for $8.00

Online at Aromafloria, you can enter your zip code to find retailers near you.

I’ve been wanting to check out our local Ulta, and simply haven’t … need to find a time to go when my hubby can watch the boys. I’ll have to check this out. I LOVE lavender (have a beautiful bush in the front yard), and always love gentle smelling things… wonder how this would do with migraines??

Love your pictures too – the purple little beads show up really well and look divine. :)

Wendi–regarding your migraine comment…When I’m “stressed out” I get a headache. The day I headed over to Ulta, I had a headache! The jars are not “sealed” so you can unscrew the top and smell the lavender. Just loved the smell, and I knew I had to buy it. I had never tried aromatherapy (with beads) before. Hope it works for you, too! Thank you for reading my blog. Hugs!
