Unfortunately, I had a problem from the get-go as I could not get the pump to spray. Yes, I did as instructed: “pump up to 20 times to prime it.” Still nothing. After I sent an email to customer service, Lisa, a Customer Care Representative at Garden Botanika very kindly responded. Within ten business days, two samples arrived. Both of them worked correctly, with very little pre-pumping required. Thank you, Lisa, for the great customer service!
I love the fragrance! It’s just as described by Garden Botanika: “a soft blend of citrus, floral and cedar notes, warmed with a whisper of musk,” and, therefore, not overpowering. I liked that I could use Heart Eau de Parfum not only in the evening, but as an every-day fragrance.
No surprise to me, Heart is Garden Botanika’s best selling fragrance.
While this product is not organic/natural, it is cruelty free, and therefore, I highly recommended this as a great cruelty free fragrance!
Disclosure: I received the samples as part of Influenster’s VoxBox. All links are for your convenience only.
