The Pixi Beauty Fake Awake Kit is designed by Petra Strand, the creator of Pixi Beauty, who is also a makeup artist and a mum!  Pixi Beauty assures us that “although Pixi Beauty is not normally about faking it, sometimes we all need a little help!”  As a mother, I definitely need help, so the Pixi Beauty Fake Awake Kit helped me to try to fake being more awake than I felt! However, anyone who wakes up and feels like they need to look more rested…and they can’t go back to sleep…will love the Kit.

What’s in the Pixi Beauty Fake Awake Kit?

There is one pale pink lip gloss (0.10 oz)

And, one strawberry red lip and cheek stain (0.10 oz)

Both the lip gloss and the lip stain were not too sticky. You’ll get a nice shine to lips! Some swatches in different lighting–No flash. The pale pink lip gloss has very pretty sparkles in it and stayed on my lips until I had something to drink. The stain stayed longer, as it really did “stain” my lips and left color on my lips.

 

I am fair skinned, so the sheer colors worked perfectly on my skin tone. It did brighten my face! The only con I could come up with is that there is only one shade for Pixi Beauty Fake Awake Kit so it won’t work for everyone.

Pixi Beauty Fake Awake Kit is great anytime, but I do love the advertising now that Pixi Beauty Fake Awake Kit will make you look, “Awake in an instant this Holiday Season!”
