Adesse New York
I discovered Adesse New York, a cruelty free and vegan nail polish brand, and I know you’re going to love it as much as I do!
Adesse New York is a custom made collection of incredibly beautiful nail lacquers, and I have two that were sent for review: Jacqueline and Grand Central.
Keep reading to find out all about these gorgeous polishes!
Facts About Adesse New York
Of course, if it’s being reviewed on Moxie Reviews, it’s cruelty free–but remember, it’s also vegan. The owners confirmed it with the chemist! In addition, not only does Adesse New York not sell in China, but they also manufacture their products in the US in New York!
This fact about Adesse New York Nail Lacquer is stated right on bottle: organic infused! It’s infused with organic minerals, pigments, and essential oils. The essential oils are bamboo extract, argan oil and shea oil.

Jacqueline is from the NYC Friends Collection, and it’s a very pretty lilac color. The website states, “This inspired purple will be your new best friend.” Grand Central is from the Chrome Collection, and it’s described as “steely and ultra shimmery. This gunmetal gray is pure power.” As you can see in the photos, it is a purple grey color, and it’s a beautiful shimmer!
The Nail Lacquer is an excellent quality! The color is vibrant and Adesse New York polish was very easy to work with. It applied with no problems. In fact, although I was concerned that Grand Central might be streaky, it dried quickly. Also, I did not apply a top coat on any of my nails so you can see that it dries perfectly! Both polishes are also very glossy! I also did as little as possible to the photos so you would see the actual color in different lighting, no matter how subtle.
While I did not have a top coat in the photos, I added one of my own (not from Adesse New York) for testing purposes as that’s how I would wear it everyday. I had the nail art on my left hand fingernails, and on my right hand, I painted three of my fingernails with Grand Central and two with Jacqueline. That way I would be able to see how each polish performed (longevity, etc.). After 4+ days I didn’t have so much as a chip!
I highly recommend Adesse New York Nail Lacquer, and the only con I can think of might be that some people wouldn’t like ordering from a website. Please check the website link for the latest pricing
