Monthly Goodie was Sassy Knots. Sassy Knots are available in Headbands and Hair Ties. I received a hair tie and it’s great because it doesn’t snag my hair and it also doesn’t leave an annoying dent in my hair. Each hand-tied band is treated with a fray-resistant process. Great extra!
A glittery lipgloss in a jar. This will give a beautiful shine to your lips. You could apply it by itself, or top of a lipstick. This was very moisturizing!

Lavera Mattifying Mineral Finish - This mineral loose powder gives skin a soft, velvety finish. Why would you use it? Loose powder will extend lip & eye makeup, and provides a finish over liquid makeup or tinted moisturizer.
I love that Lavera includes a puff with a band for you to hold to make it even easier to apply the loose powder!

Jane Iredale Smooth Affair is a great Primer to try, especially if you’re looking for one that has anti-aging properties.
Jane Iredale LinksThe Primer can be used as a primer before a makeup application. It can be used with or without your current moisturizer. In addition, the Primer can be used (on a freshly washed face) as a moisturizer before going to bed.
Using your fingertips, simply spread the primer evenly over your face until it is absorbed.

This is non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic, sensitivity tested, clinically tested, dermatologist tested. This is a personal preference aspect, but for those who do not wish to have a fragrance, I just want you to be aware that there is a very distinct grapefruit smell.
This product is gluten free; however, it is not Vegan, as it contains royal jelly.
The Primer did exactly as promised, “to even skin tone, minimize the appearance of pores and increase luminosity.” It most definitely made my pores almost invisible. The brightening is supposed to improve your skin tone with repeated use. So, while I’m not sure I’ve seen my skin “brightened” yet, I can write that the Primer left it smooth, and very moisturized. I would write that it was dewy, so if you have oily skin, I’m not sure that this would be an appropriate primer for you. It’s winter here on the east coast, so even though I would normally always use a moisturizer, I did not need one with the Primer. It was actually too much moisture for my skin, and it looked, too “dewy.”
I love the packaging! There is a seal over the opening of the Primer! I have not had a problem with squeezing just the amount of primer I want to use out of the tube. Yes, I guess the “downside” is that you’re not able to see how much is left in the tube.
