On Saturday, June 23rd, from 1 PM to 5 PM, Lord & Taylor and Best Friends Animal Society is going to host a Pet Adoption Day called, “Perfect Pairs.”

Animal rescue groups that are part of Best Friends Animal Society’s No More Homeless Pets® Network will bring the rescued pets that are now available for adoption to Lord & Taylor; it will coincide with their biggest sandal sale of the season. This is an effort on a national level to have shelter dogs available for retail shoppers to consider adoption.

Also, from now through Wednesday, June 27th, you can submit a photo to Lord & Taylor’s Facebook page, of your pet with your favorite shoes. You could win a pair of shoes every month for whole year.
