Void Beauty Kiss Me Review and Photos

Void Beauty Kiss Me

Void Beauty Kiss Me, is a certified cruelty free, vegan, 5-free nail polish brand, and shade that I received. I totally love their motto, “Beauty doesn’t have to be toxic.” The first Void Beauty shade I reviewed Hissy Fit, can be found at the link. Void Beauty is eco-friendly, and is USA based.

We all certainly want our beauty products void of the things that, as the company writes, “aren’t so good for us,” so Void Beauty is free of the harmful chemicals Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor. In addition, Void Beauty also does not have the toxic ingredients of Lead, Parabens, Xylene, and Ethyl Tosylamide.

I’m also happy to write that Void Beauty is certified cruelty free from Leaping Bunny and PETA!

Void Beauty offers customers a wide variety of nail polish shades in a 0.5 fl oz-15 ml, beautiful, glass bottle. Now, “All you have to do is pick the hues to suit your mood.”

Here is the gorgeous Kiss Me shade!!

I took lots of photos of Void Beauty Kiss Me, an amazing shade of hot purple, with gold micro flecks.

In the photo below, I have two coats of polish, and a top coat, on all my nails. As you can see, this was taken outside, on a beautiful, sunny day. This is the only photo with a top coat on, as it’s always recommended to make any nail polish last longer.

The photo below was actually taken the firsr day I put the Void Beauty Kiss Me on my nails. I did not apply a top coat.

Again, another photo taken on the first day I put Void Beauty Kiss Me on my nails, with no top coat. Beautiful shade and shine, and this one was even taken indoors!

This last photo was also taken on the first day that I applied Void Beauty Kiss Me. I had not yet applied a top coat. This was taken indoors, posing against an orchid.

Void Beauty  Pros and Cons

I love that Void Beauty Kiss Me is free of so many harmful chemicals, but one suggestion I would make is that something–the nail polish bottle, or the website, had a list of ingredients used in the polish. There is no nail polish box, but it was very safely and securely wrapped up, and shipped from Amazon. If for some reason you don’t want to place an online order, Void Beauty has a list of stockists on their website.  For the current price, and other information about the polish that is void of many of the awful chemicals that may be in your current nail polish, make sure to check out the Void Beauty website.

Void Beauty has very kindly offered a 15% off promo code for you to use when ordering:  MOXIE716. Let me know if you have any difficulty with that.

Disclosure: I received the polish for possible review. All links are for your convenience only.

Aromafloria Stress Less Bath Salts Review

Aromafloria Stress Less Bath Salts

If getting rid of your aches and worries from a stressful day soaking in a warm bath with a soothing, calming aroma of lavender sounds great, then you need to read about a cruelty free and vegan product I received: Aromafloria Stress Less Bath Salts.

For almost thirty years, Aromafloria has formulated body care and aromatherapy products. Each of the items is formulated with a custom blend to deliver health benefits.

 Aromafloria Stress Less Bath Salts

For example, the product I tried was the Arommafloria Stress Less Bath Salts, which contains these active aromatherapy essentials:

Lavender—which will help to reduce and ease your worries
Chamomile—which helps to calm the mind and will make your skin soft and smooth
Sage—helps to rid you of irritability so you have a better feeling of well being

Aromafloria aromatherapy products are manufactured in a USDA Certified Organic facility that is 100% wind powered. The ingredients are all from fair trade markets, and Aromafloria ensures that their suppliers adhere to the highest ethical standards. It is cruelty free and vegan, and is free of sulfates, parabens, and phthalates.

Unwrap the plastic sealing the cork neck of the 23 oz / 652 g container of Aromafloria Stress Less Bath Salts, and with just one little whiff you’ll smell the beautiful aroma. Notice the nice-sized bath salts! This photo was taken outside so you could see the true hue of the Aromafloria Stress Less Bath Salts.
Aromafloria Stress Less Bath Salts

Here’s a photo taken in the evening, so the bath salts appear darker.

Aromafloria Stress Less Bath Salts
Add 1 cup of the Stress Less bath salts to running, warm bath water (temp. 98F – 102F), and soak in the tub for 20 minutes. It will help draw out pollution, oils, dirt and sweat, etc. from your skin, and increase blood circulation. To that end, if you have a history of high blood pressure, you need to consult your doctor before using this!

There are no cons! The Aromafloria Stress Less Bath Salts added to my warm bath water was a great way to de-stress, and I not only loved the aroma, but my skin was incredibly smooth after soaking. The ingredients are cruelty free and vegan, and printed on the label. In addition, at the time of this post, it was very reasonably priced at $16.00. Stay tuned for more reviews of the products that I received from Aromafloria!

inVitamin Matcha Green Tea Glacial Clay Facial Mask

inVitamin Matcha Green Tea Glacial Clay Facial Mask

inVitamin Matcha Green Tea Glacial Clay Facial Mask was one of the cruelty free and vegan masks that was recommended by Kim Paschen, who is the terrific Leaping Bunny Program Manager!

inVitamin Matcha Green Tea Glacial Clay Facial Mask with Kim Paschen

Like Kim, I’m a huge fan of masks, and as Kim points out, they not only provide your skin with a boost, they’re also a very budget friendly way to pamper yourself.

As I have not yet tried the inVitamin Matcha Green Tea Glacial Clay Facial Mask, I’m going to let Kim tell you all about it.

This mask comes in a powder so you get to make it yourself. As a bonus, you can combine it with any liquid of your choice. Besides water, some of my favorite additions are aloe vera, tea, and facial serum! Once applied, allow the mask to dry, which takes about 15 minutes. This mask produces a wonderfully cleansing feeling without any itchiness, which sometimes occurs with other clay masks as they dry. The cost is about $16 and contains around eight treatments, so it’s quite affordable.

The inVitamin Matcha Green Tea Glacial Clay Facial Mask sounds terrific, doesn’t it?

Here’s a little more information about the inVitamin Matcha Green Tea Glacial Clay Facial Mask. It’s made with pure Japanese Matcha Green Tea, Alaskan Glacial Clay, and food grade Diatomaceous Earth. The inVitamin Matcha Green Tea Glacial Clay Facial Mask is advertised as an  effective treatment for pimples, blackheads, acne and rosacea. All skin types can use it, and there are no synthetic fragrances, preservatives, colors or fillers. There is also no propylene glycol, phthalates or parabens. It’s also made in the U.S.A..

Kim has some basic tricks to share with you so you’ll be a mask pro.  She suggests starting out with a clean face using a gentle, mild cleanser. Do you have long hair? Tie it back so it’s out of your face. Make sure to apply your cruelty free mask evenly around all areas of your face (and also your neck if you wish). Make sure you avoid your eyes and your mouth.

Leave the mask on for the product’s suggested time, which is usually between 5-20 minutes. Finally, gently remove the mask with a washcloth and warm water, and rinse your face with cool water. After you’re all finished, you can proceed with your normal skin care routine.

Adesse New York Pink Stiletto Photos & Review

Adesse New York Pink Stiletto

This week I have another polish that I received: Adesse New York Pink Stiletto. It’s a gorgeous glitter polish that has a clear base, and it’s stuffed to the brim with pink and two different sizes of silver glitter: big chunks, and tiny pieces.

Adesse New York Polish is a terrific brand that is cruelty free, made in the US, and vegan. In addition, Adesse New York is “5 Free,” which means that the nail polish does not contain the following five ingredients: Toulene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, or Camphor. Adesse New York continues to be smart by not having any of the following: parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, petrochemicals, phthalates, GMO’s, or triclosan. The polish is infused with organic minerals, pigments, and essential oils.

Here’s what I did for this manicure. I already had the Adesse New York Gershwin on my nails (this was from my previous post), so I just did a few touch ups as I do use my hands during the day! The only nail that I removed polish from was my ring finger, which was covered with the glittering Adesse New York Pink Stiletto. I redid my ring finger to have the Adesse New York Pink Stiletto on the upper portion of my nail, I had the middle section with only a swipe of Adesse New York Pink Stiletto, nothing else, and then added the magenta striping tape. Finally. the bottom portion was covered with the pinky purple, Adesse New York Gershwin.

Then after the touch ups were dry on the other four nails, I added a quick dry top coat and used a spiral nail stencil and applied the Adesse New York Pink Stiletto swirl.

I’m very pleased with the way that this came out. Adesse New York has excellent quality nail polish. It has a gel effect, so you can have the plump look of a gel, but without using a UV or LED lamp!

The photos were taken during different hours in the afternoon sun. I love how with glitter, depending on the lighting and angle, you’re obviously going to get a different effect.

Adesse New York Pink Stiletto can be purchased online from their website and if you receive it and decide you’re not that happy with the shade, you’re allowed to return it for a different one in their vast collection! No worries ordering from their website! There are no cons. It’s a great shade, excellent quality polish, and it’s cruelty free and vegan.
