Reviva Labs: Willard Water Anti-Irritant Gel

What is catalyst altered water? Why is a beauty blogger writing about it?

Until I was sent Reviva Labs Willard Water Anti-Irritant Gel, I wouldn’t have been able to answer the questions.

Here’s the product, and a story to follow:

Reviva Labs: Website and Facebook

In 1980, the  television show “60 Minutes” had a segment on Dr. John Willard, a chemistry-professor, who discover that catalyst altered water (water modified by the addition of a catalyst) healed severe burns “almost immediately.”

Using Dr. Willard’s “miracle” water, and combining it with aloe vera, Reviva Labs product is called, Willard Water Anti-Irritant Gel.

Ingredients:

Deionized water, Aloe Vera Extract, Glycerin (veg.), Willard Catalyst Concentrate, Sodium Metabisulfate, Sulfated Castor Oil, Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid

Paraben Free! There are no animal ingredients and of course, no animal testing!

This is a clear gel, and it has no scent. It is suitable for use on all skin types.

There are many ways in which to use this:

Of course, I hope you’re wearing sunscreen, but if you should happen to forget a spot and get a sunburn, it’s very cooling get will feel good and offer some relief.

It is said to soothe shaving irritation. For men: razor burn, nicks, or scrapes. Women: after shaving legs, waxing, or depilatories.

Reviva Labs also reports it can be used on sensitive skin as a moisturizer, and to help in nail and cuticle irritation. Reviva Labs states that it is “gentle enough for children…even combats diaper rash.”

Willard Water Anti-Irritant Gel was superb for use on my legs and underarms–as both a shaving gel and then after shaving as a soothing moisturizer.
